In an AIDA course you learn what freediving is, how to do it, and how to get the most out of yourself and - the most important - how to do it safe.

• AIDA * Freediver: Introduction in freediven for people with no diving experience or for everybody who wish to try. 1 day/2 dives.
• AIDA ** Freediver: The complete beginners course is for people who are already comfortable in the water. 2-3 days, after which you can easily dive till 16-20 meter.
• AIDA *** Freediver: The advanced course give freedivers the skills and knowledge to make your own plans and to join freedive activities, with equal buddies - including preparation and safety.

You learn the basics of freediving. What is freediving and what equipment is necessary. How you start and what are the risks.

You will learn everything in a swimming pool and in the sea. It's very popular with snorkelers, who wish to go a little deeper. It is also very popular with scuba divers, who wish to dive without heavy equipment.

This course is for people who comfortable in the water. It helps to enhance your knowledge and skills. Most important disciplines: Static Apnea, Dynamic Apnea and Constant Weight, will be mentioned.

After this course you can dive self-assured till 16 - 20 meter.

Advanced Freediving (AIDA ***, 3 days). Costs: 230 euro

This course will enhance your knowledge and skills more after the AIDA ** Freediver. You learn more about techniques and you learn how to train yourself.

At the end of this course, you can safely make dives till 25 meter and you can be a safety freediver for other freedivers who dive till 25 - 30 meter.
